Xiga  Money- Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to XIGA MONEY (“XIGA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our money transfer services, mobile application, and website (collectively, the “Service”) as a Sender of funds.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By registering for, accessing, or using XIGA MONEY, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

To use XIGA MONEY, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Reside in the United States

  • Have a valid government-issued ID and a U.S.-based payment method (bank account, debit, or credit card)

  • Use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes


2. Our Services

XIGA MONEY enables you to send money from the United States to supported countries, including destinations across Africa. We partner with licensed financial institutions, banks, mobile money operators, and payout agents to deliver funds securely, affordably, and quickly.

Our services include:

  • Bank account and mobile wallet transfers

  • Real-time transaction tracking

  • Identity verification

  • Customer service and support


3. Fees and Exchange Rates

As a user, you agree to pay:

  • A flat transfer fee per transaction, disclosed prior to confirmation

  • Any applicable fees charged by third-party financial institutions or payout agents

Currency exchange rates may include a margin above the mid-market rate. All fees and rates will be shown clearly before you complete the transaction.


4. Sending Limits

We may impose limits on how much you can send based on:

  • Your transaction history

  • Your verification level

  • Compliance with federal and state regulations

These limits may change at any time to reflect risk controls or regulatory obligations.


5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete recipient and transaction information

  • Use XIGA MONEY only for lawful and personal purposes

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Immediately update your account with any changes to your personal or payment information


6. Identity Verification and Compliance

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions (OFAC), and other regulatory laws, we may:

  • Request identity documentation (e.g., government ID, selfie, proof of address)

  • Monitor and review transactions for suspicious activity

  • Delay or suspend transactions for compliance review

  • Report suspicious activity to regulatory authorities

Failure to comply may result in denial of service or account termination.


7. Use of Third-Party Partners

In order to provide our services, XIGA MONEY works with trusted third-party providers such as:

  • Banks and licensed financial institutions

  • Payment processors

  • Mobile money operators

  • Compliance verification partners

These third parties may have access to your personal data strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction, verifying your identity, processing payments, or complying with legal obligations. All partners are subject to strict data protection standards and confidentiality requirements.


8. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel a transaction only if it has not yet been processed or delivered to the recipient. If approved, refunds will:

  • Be returned to your original payment method

  • Be subject to any applicable processing fees or exchange rate losses

Please contact support immediately if you need to cancel or correct a transaction.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — including logos, text, graphics, and technology — is the property of XIGA MONEY or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

XIGA MONEY is not liable for:

  • Delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect recipient information, third-party service failures, or events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, telecom failures)

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction.


11. Privacy and Data Use

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and applicable laws. We use your data to:
